Once an assignment is complete, the travel nurse usually has the
opportunity to renew their contract for an additional length of time or

How long are the assignments?
Typical assignment length is 13 – 26 weeks and can be extended based on your and the hospital's willingness to extend the contract.

What types of hospitals are available for assignments?
We work with a large number of hospitals from large teaching hospitals to rehabilitation centers and have several open positions. We will aim to place you at a hospital, which matches closely with your needs, skills and experience.

How much time will I get before starting my assignment?
It is based on a mutually agreed decision between you and the hospital.

Will you provide housing? If so what kind?
People Assetz can offer a
housing stipend if you would like to find your own housing. If you
would like us to search for housing, we will offer free, paid,
single and furnished housing provided with paid utilities close to
the assignment location for a convenient, safe and comfortable
stay.

Can I get a housing stipend and look for my own housing?
Yes, the traveler is eligible for a housing allowance.

Can I take my family or friends on the assignment?
Yes, your family and friends are welcome. The free housing benefit is for the traveler only, and we will place the traveler in a single-occupancy one-bedroom apartment. If a traveler requests two-bedroom apartments for their own use, family or friends the traveler will be requested to pay the additional costs of the two-bedroom apartment and furniture for the second bedroom.

Do you pay travel costs?
Travel Reimbursement for travel
to and from the assignment destination. The reimbursement is based
on actual mileage traveled to and from the assignment. We will
reimburse the traveler mileage for travel to your assignment city
per the current IRS guidelines.
During the move, if the travelers incur expenses for meals, hotels or any other, we will not reimburse those expenses. Please check with your tax adviser on how you could deduct these expenses from your taxes.

Do you offer health coverage?
Yes, we offer health coverage. You and/or your entire family are eligible for health insurance. Health insurance includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance and the coverage starts on first day of the month following the start date.

insurance?

short-term renter's insurance. We do not offer this insurance.
